Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room lacked proper ventilation and only had a window looking onto a concrete area with some pot plants. However, the garden view from the lower floors was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with all staff being incredibly helpful and pleasant, which made checking in a breeze. The location was convenient, right on Princes Street with a supermarket nearby, but the lively area generated a lot of noise at night. The dining options were limited to homemade soups, and the facilities were basic. Ultimately, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel offers great value for money with some drawbacks in the rooms, and the service is top-notch. The location is lively but may get noisy at night. The dining experience is limited but included. However, guests may find the facilities lacking in some aspects.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a lovely view of the old streets of Edinburgh from my room. The furnishings were cute, and the decor was really nice. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant, which made checking in a breeze. The location was right in the city centre, near many attractions. The included traditional local cakes were a nice touch.
