I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room lacked proper ventilation and only had a window looking onto a concrete area with some pot plants. However, the garden view from the lower floors was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with all staff being incredibly helpful and pleasant, which made checking in a breeze. The location was convenient, right on Princes Street with a supermarket nearby, but the lively area generated a lot of noise at night. The dining options were limited to homemade soups, and the facilities were basic. Ultimately, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.
