the water in the shower was difficult to get hot. we had to ask again for an extra quilt. the sofa bed was not comfortable! the view from the room was a brick wall, where a loud airco ran 24/7. apply, twice.

the location was great for accessing main attractions. the room was clean, and it had tea and coffee making facilities. the staff were responsive through whatsapp (i appreciated that quick communication).
i found that the noise from the street was quite loud at night. it made it a bit difficult to sleep because of people shouting below, even with the windows closed. perhaps better soundproofing could solve this.

the room was very spacious i had everything i needed for a comfortable visit the location was perfect for exploring there were lots of places nearby to get dinner breakfast was also convenient. i liked that i could easily walk to many attractions from the location nearby the princess street the team was always quick to respond to any questions i had via whatsapp.
i noticed the flooring in the room seemed to need some upgrading it was only a minor detail though so it didn't affect my stay too much

The room size was excellent. The bathroom was the largest i have ever seen. The location was PERFECT, it was also very clean, i mean VERY clean!!! The building itself is quite beautiful, inside and out.
There are many stairs up to some of the floors. It was a bit awkward when I checked in with my luggage in the café, but I got over it quickly.

The room decor looked great. It's a shame other things weren't up to par.
The shower water was lukewarm at best. I had to ask for an extra quilt even after it was pre-approved. the sofa bed? let's just say i've slept on comfier park benches. the view consisted of a brick wall and an air conditioning unit running 24/7.
